As a part of my Residential Permit requirements, I need to submit a complete medical check-up certificate to the Directorate of Immigration in Reykjavik.
So a week ago, i went to a clinic to get my blood test, and Tuberculosis, in which they injected some kind of substance into my arm, then check for any reaction from it in 2 days time. After 2 days, i went there again to have it re-checked, and i didn't have tuberculosis, apparently...
Still, it was a gruesome day for my left arm..
